Halloween is also a time where parties arise from every nook of the street.

A Halloween party is never complete without food. There are numerous food recipes which you can prepare for the Halloween. However, let your Halloween party be different this time by preparing food recipes for kids that will drive them crazy.

Boogers on a Stick

Boogers will surely drive your kid and his friends crazy.

Make sure to prepare some cheese, pretzel sticks and green food coloring.

All you need to do is soften the cheese. You can do it in a microwave, oven or in a heated pan. In a container, pour the cheese and the green food coloring. Go get your pretzels and dip it into the cheese mixture. Dip each pretzel stick twice. Let it look like a booger before serving it.

Strained Eyeballs

Will your kids' eyes explode when they see strained eyeballs in their dinner plates?

You need to prepare hard boiled eggs, cream cheese, green olives with pimientos and red food coloring.

Cut the eggs into a lateral position. Make sure to take away the yolk. The empty space will be filled in by cream cheese. To create a strained eyeball, all you need to do is squash in green olives into the cream cheese filling and place the pimiento in an upward position.

Let blood squirt in the eyes, dip toothpick's end into the red food coloring and design it in the cream cheese making it look like blood squirting from the eyes.

Simple Pimples

Your child will go nuts if he sees that he will be eating pimple-like tomatoes.

This Halloween food recipe is simple and easy to make. What you need are cherry tomatoes and cream cheese.

Create holes around each tomato. Tomatoes should not have dripping juice; hence it is recommended that you drain it first before you begin to make pimple-like features.

Block up the holes with cream cheese and make it look like pimples.

Day Old Bath Water

Who would dare drink water from a day old bath tub? Start a toast with your kid and let your Halloween be a memorable one.

Prepare frozen lemonade, 7-Up and rainbow sherbert.

Melt the sherbert in a container for about fifteen minutes. Pour in lemonade and 7-Up. Mix it. Make sure that the mixture will look like a day old bath water usually grayish-brown.

For final touches, you can sprinkle mints in variety of colors such as white, yellow or green.

The Halloween food recipes are not prepared to scare your children. Indeed, you want to drive them a little crazy as a Halloween highlight. However, it is best to inform them why you are preparing the weird foods.

It is also recommended that you prepare Halloween food recipes with them so they will be familiar with how food is prepared and served. Children will highly appreciate and will more likely eat Halloween food recipes if you include them in your food preparation and cooking.

Halloween cooking is a fun event. Let your cooking be an event where you and your child will build lasting memories.
